Youth Summit - Expression of Interest Form

  Road trauma is the second leading cause of death and serious injury of Australian young people aged between 15 and 25. To change these tragic statistics, we need young people to lead and advocate for road safety among their peers. 

  Aligned with the Australian Curriculum, the ‘Road Safety Starts with Me’ event takes a fresh approach to road safety education and is available free of charge to all participants. 

  The full-day Summit aims to lead year 10 to 12 students on a learning journey, developing road safety awareness and skills across a range of scenarios. You can expect engaging keynote speakers, including road safety speakers directly impacted by road trauma, interactive road safety activities and critical learning outcomes dedicated to improved road safety behaviours. 

  We invite your school to be a part of this lifesaving event that includes young people in decision making and offers leadership opportunities.
