Motorcycle lane filtering in certain circumstances was legalised in Western Australia in March 2021. We are seeking feedback from all road users about the impact this has had on riding behaviour and how the law is working on WA roads. We would also like to know if people understand the conditions that must be followed in order to legally lane filter.

We are inviting all road users, including motorcycle riders, to complete the short survey below.
