Road Safety Strategy for Western Australia, 2020-2030

The Road Safety Council (Council) released the Imagine Zero consultation paper in June 2019, asking Western Australians for input to be considered for the State’s road safety strategy to commence at the end of the previous strategy, Towards Zero 2008 – 2020.

On behalf of the Council, the Road Safety Commission gathered community feedback over four months, through 52 community forums around WA and online submissions via the Imagine Zero website. The input was provided to the Minister for Police and Road Safety for consideration and the new road safety strategy ‘Driving Change - Road Safety Strategy for Western Australia 2020 – 2030’ was launched on 15 November 2020.
